The starlet seems to have added some coloring to her hair: she’s got the 2-tone thing going on where a deeper brown gets added to the lower hair layers. Cyrus didn’t forget her makeup bag with those heavily lined eyes and bubblegum pink lips. Plus, MC looked a bit more styled than normal, rocking some super-fitted and studded shorts, a black bloused shirt, her cross necklace and some knee-high black boots. Overall, a very bombshell, sexy look… and definitely different than her average, ‘everyday’ styling.
